60-Day Risk-Free Return + 3-Year Technical Warranty
(The warranty does not cover intentional damage and physical damage)
📦 Returns & Refunds:
1. Proof of Purchase Required
To process a return or warranty claim, please provide your receipt or order number.
2. Defective Items (Within 60 Days)
If your optic is defective, contact us within 60 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
● We cover return shipping within the USA for verified defects.
● Item must be packed securely in the original box with all accessories when return.
● If no defect is found, we may replace it with a tested open-box unit in good condition.
● If we confirm a defect but cannot repair it, you will receive a brand new sealed replacement (unless discontinued).
3. Defective Items (After 60 Days)
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, we will cover the shipping fee for replacement.
4. Non-Defective Returns (Within 30 Days)
For returns not due to defects — such as incorrect fit — contact us within 30 days.
● You are responsible for return shipping costs.
● Items must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories.
5. Restocking Fees
● No fee for defective returns.
● A 15% restocking fee applies to all other refunds/exchanges, deducted from your refund.
6. Damage & Accident Policy
We may, at our discretion, replace items damaged by accidents, drops, or acts of nature — though these are not officially covered. GOWUTAR determines whether damage resulted from a manufacturing defect.
7. Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds or replacements will be processed within 72 hours.
8. Condition of Returns
We reserve the right to refuse returns that are not in original condition.
